Subaru of San Bernardino

Not a big fan of the service dept. Took my car in to have a leaky oil gasket replaced. They didn't do it and forgot to write it down. They just did an oil change that was not needed since I just did it and topped off transmission fluid for 400 bucks! Now, I have to bring it back for this service and be without a vehicle for a day. I am not close to a dealership. Wish they would have got this done while car was there. Now, oil stains on my driveway. When they called to tell me car was ready for pickup at noon, they informed me that I have a leaky gasket. I said I told you that and was expecting it to be fixed. I said can't you do this today. She said no, I will have to bring it back. I have had a lot of service issues and will not buy another subaru again! Looking to trade in for something else nowin tge near future

The purchase went smoothly enough, the service department on the other hand is a disaster. They agreed to replace the two front tires at the time of purchase. When we brought the car for the change, they offered us a ride to the mall where they completely abandoned us. We had to walk back to the dealer on the hottest day of summer, in a not very walkable area.

As if that weren’t enough, when my son washed the car he noticed that the rims of the two tires that were changed by the dealership were completely scuffed.

Great experience, which I did not think was possible at a dealership! Josh C. was extremely patient and easy to work with. After test driving the car I was interested in and gong over all of the details, I ended up deciding I didn't really like that model, so we basically had to start over with a different model. Josh answered all of my questions and was happy to give me time to decide. No pressure, no hurry. Even the finance office was a breeze! Jesse was also extremely patient and merely laid out the details of what was offered and went over paperwork with no pressure or rush. In the end I got a pretty sweet deal and had the time to really consider it and feel good about it before making a final decision. I highly recommend Subaru SB!
