Subaru of Orange Park

My husband & I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru ascent. We love the car & are still learning how to use all its many features. My only complaint is the handling of the financial aspect of the purchase. Communication between the salesperson, the finance officer & us was not consistent. Otherwise we were happy with our purchase.

What started out a negative experience because of a communication failure ended up being a great experience. I am particular about the color of my vehicle and have defined dislikes. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock in the color I wanted and sold me a higher value vehicle at the same price since we drove almost 2 hours to this dealership. I am very happy with this dealership. They were thoughtful, friendly and willing to go an extra mile to develop a satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend shopping at Subaru of Orange Park. I highly suggest the Subaru brand. My trade had 160000 miles and the only thing I did was regular oil changes, one brake pad replacement and 2 sets of tires and the tires she had on were only a year old. I've had several other makes of cars in my driving life....Subaru for me from now on.
Won't find a more dependable vehicle.

Correction, the simple battery replacement for a Subaru outback was not $500. It was $508.39.

We bought Subaru car only 1.5 years. But there are many problems, the windshield will be cracked by itself. I don't suggest you to buy Subaru car. Poor quality and repair department supervisor is not friendly.

They were nice enough to deliver my new Outback Touring to my home! Courteous service and efficient process. I would highly recommend Subaru of Orange Park! I especially enjoy the stereo in my car!
