Robert Lee was a very nice salesman. I got the price I wanted and an upgrade on the crosstrek I traded... I am very happy with my new 2024 Crosstrek...My 2nd one in two and a half years...p.s. I just wanted the new one...

Everyone was really nice, buuuuuut, I waited almost 3 hours for my service to be completed. The waiting area is great but 3 hours is a long time.

Came to this dealership to help my fiance buy a new car. Immediate impression was that the facility was extremely clean, people were kind and seemed happy to be there. The main reason we chose to purchase a car at this dealership versus the other Subaru dealerships in town was due to the proximity to our home and also the overall comfort we felt being in the dealership. It did not feel like we were being over sold on anything. We knew the exact car we wanted, we know what we wanted for it. We were assured that we would get the car for the deal we requested. After spending days looking at the car, test driving, and discussing prices we finally came to an agreement. Prior to buying the car, we were contacted multiple times a day by the salesman. The issue came after the car was bought. I noticed that the price we signed on was different than the price we walked out with. When trying to contact the salesman and the finance specialist, replies were nowhere to be found. I also opted to extend my warranty from 7 years to 10 years. It has now been over 3 months and I have not received my refund for the initial Added Security plan. The 10 year plan was taken out my account immediately ($4000), yet the initial 7 year added security ($2000) is nowhere to be found. I have sent multiple email and texts reaching out about my refund check and could not get a hold of anyone. Once the car is sold, do not expect the same care that was received leading up to the sale of a car. We decided to go with a new Subaru due to its well-known customer service and reliability. So far it has been a let down and headache.

I drive from Orlando to Orange Park just to have a buying experience with Jason Proietto of Hanania of Orange Park. He’s, undoubtedly, the best auto salesman ever! It’s a joy and no stress experience to deal with him. I’ve bought two cars from him and his knowledge of the cars, his extreme professionalism and his genuine interest in assisting me to get what I want ~ at the best price for my trade and my purchase is stellar! Ask for him, you won’t be disappointed! ??????????????????

Excellent repair job

It's like entering an alternate universe where good customer service exists. They are pleasant. They answer the phone quickly. They are generally on time. If something isn't on time, they will contact you before you ask. And I've twice had them do work for free, after the warranty expired, because "it's a known issue"--this includes a vehicle with 70,000 miles, and they did so without being asked--I'm not aware of any other company that would do this. It's not normal in this universe.

Bought my used 2016 Jeep Patriot from them in 2022. It’s great. Unfortunately in July 2024 my transmission went out. Warranty covered most of the cost. At the end of July I brought it in for a replacement. It’s September 12th. Haven’t seen my car yet. Although I appreciate Josh for keeping me updated via text because calling the service gets me nowhere, so I gave up on calling for updates.

First it was the inspector being out for weeks. Then it was the delay of the transmission order. Now it’s waiting on the tech. Still need to wait for it to be sent to Jeep for programming.

I’ve been out of a car for almost 2 months. Was offered a loaner car but was never followed up.
