I recently purchased a vehicle from Amherst Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and professionalism by every staff member I encountered.

My salesperson, Tim, was exceptional. He made the entire process easy and straightforward - no high-pressure tactics or confusing jargon. Tim took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect vehicle for my needs. His knowledge about the Subaru lineup was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions.

What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently everything moved. The paperwork process, which I've found tedious at other dealerships, was streamlined and painless. The sales managers were helpful and transparent about pricing, and the finance manager clearly explained all my options without pushing unnecessary add-ons.

The entire team at Amherst Subaru works together seamlessly to create a customer-focused environment. They truly seem to care about matching customers with the right vehicle rather than just making a sale.

All the approved work was done satisfactorily, except the inspection of my 2020 forester. Communication/coordination with the office appeared to have broken down. The old inspection sticker was removed, but the new sticker was not applied (apparently the office forgot or was unable to get it to the mechanic by the time I picked up the car a day later -,on Thursday). Two days later (on Saturday), Nick from service alerted me to the problem. Good thing he did because my son and his family were planning to take the car (which again had no sticker on it) the next day to Canada.

I’m sure this was just an oversight (we’ve had the car inspected at your dealership every year since we purchased it). However, it was very inconvenient to have to return to Amherst (3 towns east of where we live) to have the sticker attached to the windshield.

Otherwise, I’ve received excellent service from Amherst (formerly Milford) Subaru.
