Went in for an oil change , front brakes and new tires. Aman Sharma, service rep., he was straight forward and courteous. I scheduled an appointment a couple days ahead and it all went quickly. These guys do a good job. Pricing is reasonable.

Gregg Pratt was genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all honest. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and help me get exactly what I wanted. I love my Subaru Outback Wilderness edition. By far the most awesome car I have ever driven. I definitely would work with Gregg again in the future. Thanks Gregg!

I bought a glacier blue Crosstrek Sport and took delivery last week. Matt Smith handled the process of ordering my vehicle and signing the papers. I highly recommend Matt Smith and the Al Serra dealership. I used the subaru.com web site to build my Subaru. I researched options and talked to Matt about things like the rear bumper cover and remote starter (not standard). Two things about the sales process are worth a special comment: My local dealership was price gauging because of chip shortages. They wanted sticker plus $3,000. I ordered exactly the vehicle I wanted for a little below sticker. Matt did all the paperwork before I went up to close the sale. I sent him proof of insurance, drivers license and registration for the plate I transferred. All the papers were ready and it took just 10 minutes to finish buying the car. Matt spent another 15 minutes educating me about the operation and features of the vehicle.

Subaru donated $250 to the charity of my choice between ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels or National Parks. That helped make picking up my Subaru a feel great moment.

Worked with Darrell on purchasing a 2020 wrx, and the whole process start to finish was effortless and very straight forward. Highly recommend anyone looking to get a new or used car to visit AL serra and ask for Darrell.
