From walking in to picking up our 2014 Crosstrek it was a great customer experience. We had a 'sound' couldn't decide front or rear..
Tech did a drive around put it up on the lift. Brakes and bearings! But everything was shown to us while it was on the lift! Loaner car was provided and when job finished a day early there was complete understanding that we did not have to rush over on Friday night.
Great Subaru dealership and Service Center!

I brought my Subaru crostrek to the service department this morning for a check engine light. It turned out my gas cap was not secured but they took the time to wash my car and top off the air in my tires free of charge. I also purchased my vehicle through carvana so they had no obligation to go above and beyond for me but they absolutely did! I will certainly bring my vehicle back to them for any future (actual) issues.

Took car in for service. Misty was super great and set me up with a loaner car in case the service would take multiple days.
