Now, this could be super long with the roller coaster ride of what was said and what happened. Nothing horrid just not quite right but correction was executed promptly earning this rating.
Terse return the loaner email which I took to be a misunderstanding of my relying what a crappy 3rd party warranty service officer stated but that was even managed via a correction email. I genuinely would have texted everything had Subaru showed good will and covered half the costs but they didn't so now we're looking for something new new. Meaning no previous owners .. yeah in this market. C'est la vié indeed. I'd rather wait 2 -3 years and make the purchase but here we are.
They've earned 5 stars BECAUSE I like accountability and stepping up without excuses.
Although I need to get 2 questions answered; this won't interfere with my scoring or so I don't expect it to do so.
Our loaner wasn't cleaned on the interior but we didn't have to wait around for things were handled before arrival and paperwork was ready. Just sign and go.
More places need to have such a process and even allow online payments for service repairs just to make things more seamless. All in all, I'll return. It's further inwards and not right off I85 but there's plenty around the dealer to knock out your errands if you choose to wait.

Our sales person Noa made the beginning to end process exceptional and easy.
No pressure, just very informative and respectful. By the end of the process, she made us feel like family.
She should be rewarded and studied for how to interact with customers because she has made us a lifelong Subaru couple.

First time Subaru buyer and I've never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership. The showroom, service area, waiting room and restrooms were immaculate. But that's nkt why you go to a dealership, is it? Buying the car there was a top shelf venture from the first minute. Noa Kobayashi was my sales rep and if more reps were like her, dealerships around the world would be sold out of cars. She was very knowledgeable about the cars I tested, most professional and easy to talk to. Never pressured me or caused me to feel like I was wasting her time. Wasn't sure I'd buy one, but after having all my questions answered and working out an acceptable trade; I drove home one of the cars I tested. Thanks, Noa!Report
Edit: I forgot to mention the service department. I asked for a hitch and they had it done that day with no issues. I will not hesitate to return.
I’m a longtime customer, going back to 2009. I appreciate the helpful and friendly manner in which the service department techs and managers treat me. I bought my latest Outback here in 2015, and I intend to purchase my next one here, as well. This dealership really seems to value loyal customers, and I like that attitude. I’m a repeat customer for a reason!Report
My Wife Shanna Bolton was up there yesterday trying to find a car. My wife said that Bethany Washburn was very sweet and took her time to help my wife with the process. Bethany took her time with my wife and made sure that my wife got the car that she wanted and did not try to push a car on my wife that she did not like. Daria was also apart of this deal and my wife was very happy with her car.Report
On Tuesday June 9th, we took our 2020 Subaru Outback XT in due to Battery issues. Jordan Miller addressed immediately (as usual). Within less than an hour, Jordan had forwarded me a video from AJ in the Service Dept showing the new battery installed as well as other updates on our vehicle. Jordan said there was no charge due to the Battery Warranty Extension. Jordan treats our vehicles as if they were hers. Well done!Report
