The worst servicing experience of my life. I had them look at my one-year-old car because its AC tube had gotten clogged and was leaking fluid into the driver's side floor. Whatever was in the leaking fluid was causing a tiny bit of mold to form in the dampness. I asked them to figure out the leak, clean out the tiny bit of mold, and clean car interior to make sure none of it had spread. They return the car without telling me that all four floor-mats are soaking wet and haven't been dried. Beyond that, they hadn't cleaned a thing (despite telling me twice that they had). So I take a car home that has tons of humidity (they didn't tell me) but that hasn't been cleaned (they claimed they had). Surprise, two weeks later my car is covered in mold and needs to be stripped out completely. Again, we're talking about a one-year-old car with under 10,000 miles on it, kept in very clean condition. These guys took a tiny problem and turned it into a gigantic one.Report
