Kelly, our service advisor has always helped me and my family. She is kind, knowledgeable and always keeps us updated. Anthony and Gabriel have worked on our cars and both have been very thorough. Anthony spent hours working on our 2009 Murano and we are very appreciative for his dedication and excellent work. Keating Nissan has a great team and it shows.

I have a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder that I bought new from this dealership. They promise the moon. I went in for my appointment for a free oil change. I was 20 minutes early. They informed me the wait was 2.5 hours. I am not sure what profession allow as a wait of that long, but I'm angry because they did not honor their appt time. Additionally, I asked about the replacement key fob they promised. There is no record of their promise. I bought Hondas for years from them-3 in total. I am not happy with their service and this will be the last car I will buy from them.
