I've had nothing but unnecessary, countless rude remarks through text and email from this company, they simply hate their jobs they do not want to deal with you, you will be one less hassle for them to deal with if you just find a real property management company to rent from. Then, when you finally let them have it back, they just leave you hanging when you have an emergency. Plan on paying for a rent and a hotel, I would recommend just avoiding them altogether. Been nothing but nice to these people, and it's every singe time I have to deal with them I get a nasty response about how many times they've had to email me, and "it gets old dealing with you", right at Christmas time, didn't like how I finally replied back, they intentionally Ignored me and left my whole family with no heat. Now 5 days into a the house we STILL DO NOT HAVE HEAT, AND ALL I CAN GET OUT OF THESE CLOWNS IS A MISERABLE RESPONSE. We work 3 jobs, and are staying in hotels paying for this place. If this is what you want to deal with then look no further than Strawberry Property Management.

I had a good experience with Casey and her team. She managed a rental for me for 3 years until I sold it. I even brought another property for her to manage and she did a great job.

They have been great to work with so far, found a tennant for me in a few days and handling everything for my property. Thanks Casey!

When I saw the reviews I was ecstatic to work with SPM given the high satisfaction rating. Unfortunately my experience has been incredible subpar. I applied for a property and provide all of the required information up front. on June 10th, 2021 and received confirmation of receipt. I received 2 emails from Casey 1 asking how many occupants-despite the application only listing myself on 6/12, and a request for an alternative employment verification to confirm that I work remotely on 6/13 I responded same day. Casey then responded that she is busy this week, and without even having tried contacting the employment verification line she tells me in her experience it will not confirm I work remotely and because other peoples company havent allowed people to transfer they need to speak to someone. I replied on 6/14 and I explained that as an HR representative for my company I can provide you these 2 options contact our employment verification line, or take the letter from our centralized HR team which confirms all of my information. I have called SEVERAL time everyday and get widely rude answers from first a woman and then a man named Donovan, who prefers to talk over you, and speak in a widely condescending/rude/disrespectful tone and when you call him out, oh uh I'm not sure what you mean, and tell you what your going to say before you've even said anything. It was like getting a door slammed right in your face. Today is June 17th, 2021 a full week later 10 calls and messages left, and 5 emails and I have still not one single response from Casey who is the owner/in charge of their property management. I would say give me my $50 back, but I am sure this would be a vast struggle and land no where. Such promising reviews but an absolute despicable experience. Mind you I was the first applicant and they operate first come first serve, it was the only property they had listed for rent (now 1 more). I put this post up now before I can be called a bad prospective tenant, they didnt do business with me, or that I didnt qualify.

I'm kind of tied up this week so it's difficult to respond as fast as we would like.

We still have to verify that the job is remote directly with the employer. Will the automated verification do that? My experience with those is that they only verify employment but not that it's remote work.

Reason: We get many applicants using out of state jobs that won't be remote or transfer, so we have to specifically verify that it is remote work or a location transfer. I hope you understand.

That's how our company verifies. The letter I gave is an official document. The same would apply if it was a government request for an employee such as armed services, FBI applicants, city employee applications.

The letter I provided specifically states I am a virtual employees and this has been sufficient for all of my rental applications, home loan applications which I was just approved for, my financial accounts, my masters degree program, etc.

I made my post B4 you ever responded to approve or deny my application, a denial would have been fine but ghosted me and only responded back when I started posted reviews. I called once today you little liar. The price dropped $50 the point was you can post on FB but not respond to a call or email.

We had a couple of issues after move in and they took care of it quickly. They responded fast and got things fixed. Better than my previous management company!

I am impressed with the communication and attention to detail. They made me feel good about hiring them.
