We came here for a recall and were told it could take one and a half to 2 hours. The truck was finished on time and it sat outside for over another hour while they put together quotes for work that was NOT NEEDED on my vehicle. I sat there for over an hour and checked twice to see if we could go and they were waiting for quotes on parts for their upsell. In the end, I stood there for 15 minutes while they tried to sell me thousands in work that my truck didn't need. Finally, I asked, "is there something wrong with my truck?" And the answer was "no." I took my papers and keys and left. While I understand it is the policy of the sales debt within the company to upsell, don't make a mom sit there in the service dept with her kid for an hour after my truck is finished so you can try to sell unnecessary work when all we came in for was a recall fix. They lost my trust completely and I wonder how many other people they have done this to. Seriously inconsiderate and sleezy move guys.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and not pushy. We have bought several cars from them and trust them. The salesman even let us test drive his wife's car as there were none like we wanted on the lot.Yeah Toyota!!

One of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Nathan Rhoton, our salesman was very personable and professional. They did not pressure us or make us feel rushed. The whole experience was quick and painless - the dealership made the process very easy.
