I’m a little late with my review but better later than never. I wanted to thank the best salesman I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Preston!! Preston was fabulous. His goal was not only to sale me the best vehicle of my choice but for me to be completely be satisfied with my decision and purchase. He treated me like a friend and not just another sale to be made. He understood everything I wanted and didn’t try to give my bogus Advice or Talk me into stuff just because it sounds good and he wanted to make the sale. He was patient and truly cared. So to Mcsweeney I say thank but to Preston I say you thank friend and you’re the absolute best.

My Daughter found a 2024 Blazer she liked on the lot and asked me to go with her. We drove about 45 minutes to get there and when we did Whitt met us out front and greeted us. We test drove it and she fell in love. The approval process was very easy and we were out of there within an hour. Will definitely be buying again from Whitt and McSweeney!

Daniel and the rest of the service department were fantastic with the latest oil change I had done up there. Got it in and out without any issues!

I had talked to Ben over text messages and had gotten approved for a 2015 Chevy Equinox had an appointment the next evening to go sign paper work and get the vehicle, we’ll go to get vehicle next day and see it sitting there at the car lot thought it was sitting there waiting on me I told the sales person that that’s the one I got approved for he said it is already sold to someone else I said yeah it was me I’m already approved for it. He said no it was a guy and that he would be there to pick it up at 5:30pm. Well then a guy named Josh told me the situation about the equinox and that it sold and he knows I was already approved for it. But he assures me there is another vehicle if not nicer he could put me in so I give him a chance well come to find out they wanted my trade in and $1,000 dollars for the other car I had picked out and supposedly got approved for. Needless to say it was a waste of my time. But Josh was very nice and honest with us so no hard feelings towards Josh.

After looking at other locations we found the car I was interested in at McSweeney. We did not have an appointment but Taylor made us feel right at home. She was very informative and answered all of our questions with knowledge. (None of that I’ll have to check on that or I’m not sure like the dealership I went to 2 days prior).
We then talked with Cameron and got a great deal on our trade-in.
Kara in the financial dept. then explained all of the warranty information and payment plans with ease.

Do not deal with Hank. After speaking with him about a truck and scheduling an appointment to come see and purchase the truck. He failed to mention he sold the truck days before our appointment. I understand I had to work and had to wait for an off day to make it to the dealership. But he had several days to notify me the truck sold. He failed to do so. We even spoke twice on the phone the day of the appointment. Making sure I was still going to make it that day and time frame. And he still didn’t mention to me the truck had sold. I drove an hour to the dealership only to be told the truck had sold. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say, along with that Mcsweeney has lost my current and future business at their dealership.
