Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Lack of Support

I regret to say that my experience with Mcsweeny has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a truck from them, and after encountering issues, they kept it in their service department for two months. During this entire time, I repeatedly requested a rental vehicle to keep my business running, but instead of offering me a truck—which I desperately needed as a construction worker—they gave me a car.

As a professional who depends on a truck for daily work, a car was completely useless to me, and this was made clear to the dealership multiple times. Despite my ongoing efforts to communicate my needs, they offered no real help or solutions. The lack of understanding and support from the staff was absolutely unacceptable.

After two months of delays and frustration, I am completely dissatisfied and will never be returning to this dealership. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice before trusting them with their purchase or service needs.

My 2023 dodge challenger wouldn't start. I was able to get a tow by using the warranty service on Dodge website. The tow truck arrive in two hours because he was working an accident prior to my request. Chase was very nice and professional. Once it was towed to McSweeny Craig and others made sure it was taken care of . Turns my car needed a battery. No one would expect a new car to have issues , but it happens. Overall I had a great experience!

I refuse to be treated like an idiot by a sales person due to the fact I’m trying to sell a vehicle due to a poor financial decision I made last year. As a smarter individual today I realize my mistake that I’m stuck with. Still, refuse to be given an attitude, and talked to like an idiot. Never going here again.

I don’t know how the sales department operates I bought my truck back when it was stokes but the service department is awful we brought it in for a warranty issue and they couldn’t find exactly what was wrong with it so like any crappy service shop they start throwing parts at it when that didn’t work they said it was a injector that went bad I was told go ahead and drive it till they get the part in it’s been a month and a half and I can’t get the service guys to return a phone call then when you try to leave a message the voicemail is full I highly recommend not taking anything to this dealership after this I dang sure want but a vehicle from there

I used this dealership for my oil changes when it used to be Stokes. Never had any issues. I purchased a new truck so I gave now mcsweeney the opportunity to do my oil changes. Now that the free oil changes have been used I decided to change my own oil this time. The drain plug is lugged on so tight I can not lossen it without rounding off the bolt. Now I have to go out of my way to take it to a diffrent shop just to have them remove the bolt. I wouldn't be surprised if they put lock tight on it as well. I will never use Mcsweeny again for any of my business. If they're willing to do this to a simple drain plug I can't imagine what else they'll do.
