Giving it a 3 is bc the service guys were upfront and cool - customer service team sucks - Bald guy with tattoos, goatee and glasses at the front desk was rude to us for no reason and asked us what we wanted while he had his mouth full and we were patiently waiting for someone to assist us. Maybe he was on his lunch break? I dont know, but if youre on your lunch, why are you at the front desk ? Get off the floor. Especially if you have a bad attitude about it.

Communication was great. I knew what was being done and when to expect my car to be done.
