Rik installed a garage door opener for me over 10 years ago that til this day March 20th 2022 hasn't given me ANY problems. I only wish that he would make a visit back to do my mother's door so we can quit having problems with hers...excellent service at a great price. Nice opener (Liftmaster) also!

I like to hire service professionals where you know the company owner is involved in the process so it's done right and there is accountability. StL Garage Door Depot is that company. I'll be using them for all my garage door repair and any installations I may need for now on at my home in Wildwood, MO. Great service!

Great customer service and did an awesome job!

Rik did an amazing job. My garage is a basement tuck under and not a standard size. He had to make custom adjustments to the opener and the door attachments to get it to fit and work properly, which he did in a professional and timely manner. I chose STL Garage Door Depot because they had an A+ rating with the BBB and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Rik was fabulous to deal with. He tried to repair the garage door to save me some money but could not. The door I needed was not in the warehouse, but Rik kept me updated on when it would arrive and was great about scheduling a mutually convenient install time. He did everything he said he would do and did a fabulous job installing my new door and garage door opener. Great experience.

Service was absolutely amazing. We called and he came out to look at our door the same day and gave a quote right there that was about as much as other companies were charging just to come look at it. Our new door was installed the next day, and it looks and works great. So glad we called.

I called around to quite a few companies but when I spoke to Rick I felt like I was getting a honest assessment. He came out in less than a hour. He explained to me just what I needed and why and he also showed me the dangers of trying to do it yourself unless you are really familiar with the process and you have the right tools and even then it is still dangers to try and change springs because one had broken. He quoted me a far price and made sure everything was working before he left testing his work more than a few times. I would highly recommend his service. I learned a lot and it save me time and money.
