Serviced my jeep for an oil change and told me I needed new brakes on my gladiator (first brake job on this vehicle) ....I was there 6 hours waiting in the waiting room, they never came to me....when I went to check, they had replaced rotors without prior authorization!!! I did not need new rotors, service person even showed me my perfect looking rotors they took off. They charged me for the rotor replacement I did not approve, nor did I need them replaced!!! They are horrible!!!!!!
I wish I could give negative stars!!!!

We were staying in pigeon forge on vacation during an event. This service department was the only one who would agree to look our jeep when it would not start and we had to have it towed. Not only did they look at it Ms Francine kept us informed, and stayed past her scheduled time to try to help us out. They got it back to us the next day! Unfortunately our issue was a little tricky and it had to go back but the service manager personally picked it up for us and brought it back to us the next day!! We were leaving on Sunday and they couldn’t get the part in time to fix it before we left to go home however, the dealership ensured we were set to get home safely and the manager provided us with his cell phone number in case it gave us any problems! I will always highly recommend this dealership and if I lived closer this would be my go to dealership always! I can never thank them enough for helping us out and will definitely be spreading the word! Thank you to your amazing staff at the service department!

My wife and I worked with Shane on purchasing a nearly new 2025 Jeep. The experience was easy, fast and professional. One minor hiccup on an included accessory, but Shane went out of his way to make it right.

I called with an issue with my Jeep Cherokee 4xe AC. If I had been available they would have gotten me in same day. Since I wasn’t, they got me in early the next morning, checked it out, got it figured out, updated the software without me having to ask, and got me back out on the road with a working AC. Quick, easy, and done. Thanks Stinnett.

Not a customer, in fact I live many states away, but I cannot get off their email list. I called and told them that I was getting emails for a vehicle I've never owned, and they confirmed they buy their lists, so who knows why I would be on a Dodge list when I've never owned a Dodge. They promised to remove my email address, and for a few weeks it worked, but I'm back on the list, this time for a "scheduled service" for another vehicle I don't own. Stop doing this already.
