This use to be an honest family owned dealership called Steve Thomas BMW. Unfortunately things have took a turn for the worse dealing with Jacob. I first reached out to place an allocation for a 2025 M3 since I wanted the vehicle with an Individual Color suddenly there’s a $5000 ADM. After expressing my disappointment with the new ownership he agreed to no mark up. Also because I’ve been a previous customer who purchased a 2021 M3 Competition from this location. Now that we were on the same page he requested a credit application which I filled out with zero issues. Then we spoke over the phone that his manager was going to reach out to me. Never received a call just a credit inquiry on my report. Ghosted me for 3 months and has the audacity to reach out to me as if everything is kosher. Jacob is a liar and scam artist preying on the weak to see who they can squeeze out the most mark up money from clients. This dealership should be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs for shady practices!!!Report
My experience with BMW of Camarillo went tremendously well. It started with the online process from home because no one wants to spend all day at the dealership. I was always receiving communication from Cesar which was great helping my process go smoother. Then upon arriving I was treated by Cesar and Marcus they took it the last part of the process, going over the bells and whistles of my new BMW. Then off to the finance department where I was cordially introduced to Andrea, she was so very kind and patient with me. My overall experience is above a 5 star rating..Report

Fantastic experience buying out of state (halfway across the country) with Dayton the sales rep. He took a bunch of pictures over multiple requests from us, even did a video to record car startup. All of the financing and paperwork was exactly as he said it would be. Very responsive throughout, he kept us in the loop getting transportation scheduled and the car picked up. It's a little nerve-wracking buying a car online but Dayton made the experience great with a lot of communication and car was exactly as described. 100% will do it again if they have the car we want.Report

Purchased a car from this dealership earlier this month to have the suprise of having issues from the get go. Engine fault codes. Faulty parts and nothing but stress. over 1600 dollars later in parts and labour to correct issues missed by this BMW dealership I was pretty much told tough luck. Emails calls and texts with no avail of a decent reply. Simply avoid this place like the plague. Trying to contact shawn for these issues was a hassle and not the service you would expect from a dealership. Take your buisness elsewhere and save yourself the headache I went through.
Let me start by saying I worked in auto sales for 3 years and so I get the challenge of selling vehicles and how internet pricing and margins work. My experience started when I contacted their sales dept offering to buy a vehicle listed at $115,999 same day if they could meet a price. Took most of the day to get a deal negotiated with their sales guy Shawn due to a lack of responsiveness. Eventually we came to a modest price reduction and Shawn sent me a written offer. They then ghosted me for 3 days despite talking to 3 sales people who each separately promised they would get back to me. Finally I got in touch with their sales manager Christine who said she would write it up and get me wire instructions. Again no callback after 2 hrs. Finally got in touch with there GM who obviously has no control over his sales team and he told me they would not honor their deal. They at some point during this time also raised the price online by $4K, and stated that no one agreed to my pricing. Will be reporting this dealership for false advertising. Truly frustrating experience, extremely unprofessional.Report

I purchased a car from BMW of Camarillo in 2020 and continue to be called and emailed continually (buy new vehicle, great trade in opp!, service!) even though I moved out of state in 2022. I have advised them of this many times. I’ve contacted the manager. Harassment continues.Report
Staff is great. Use them for my routine service and it’s always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I drop my car off and they shuttle me to work. When I need a pickup they come and get me. Smooth easy process. They even throw in a car wash!Report
Awful and frustrating buying experience from beginning to end. If you’re an out of state customer, I would recommend shopping elsewhere as you’re not likely to hear from them much as soon as you sign a deal. And when you do hear from them, they make you feel like you’re a burden and a distraction to their time. My unresponsive sales guy Jacob and their apparently one and only finance lady Andrea really spoiled my whole experience of buying my dream car. Truly disappointed.Report
