I had a great experience from beginning to end. Diego was kind and helpful on the phone and generously connected me with Tyler Dubay-Martin, who was fantastic at his job and a very kind person. With some negotiating I was able to leave with the car I wanted at a fair price with only the services I wanted. A huge thank you to Tyler to making this process smooth and happy for me, and to the whole team at Steve Lewis Subaru for running a great business. I love my new Crosstrek and am excited to drive it for a long time! I will also continue to use Steve Lewis Subaru for my service needs.

It was a very comfortable experience dealing with our Salesman Roger Dugas. He accomplished answering all of my questions as well as my wife’s in a calm manner and not trying to over-pressure the situation. Very professional in what can be adversarial in other instances . He left our decision on whether to go with used or brand new by simply letting us come to our own decision after explaining the recent improvements over a couple model options and test driving a few vehicles.

Tyler was so wonderful work with in buying my new car. So kind and informative and just made the whole process a breeze. He’s so knowledgeable and just overall made it a stress free experience. Couldn’t recommend more.
