We had Stevan Buren Roofing come out to quote repairs on our roof. The quote came back reasonable and we confirmed with them that we'd like them to proceed with the repairs. At this time we paid 50% up front. A few days later they came back saying that the repair was going to cost another $3000 dollars on top of the previous $3000 quote and they would not honor the quote they had given us. And this was not that they found more wrong with the house, just that they "quoted" it wrong only after we put $1500 down for the repairs.

We had a sliding door and flooring put in 2 years ago. The original work was alright, although they were sent back out to finish it and we were never thrilled with them reusing the original trim as it looks really old and shoddy.

The real issue came in trying to get warranty work done because the door leaks and the floor is soaked everytime there's a good rain.

The first call we left a message. Crickets. The second call, the same. The third call we got a salesman who was on top of things. He sent the owners brother out who had someone come caulk the door and said they'd need to replace the floor.

Here we are a month later, the door's still leaking and no calls about the floor.???? They had a great customer-first vibe when we met them, but it's possible they've grown a bit too much.

Amazing company! They fixed my leaky roof and worked with my insurance company while making the process as painless as possible! I will definitely be using them to get some new windows for my house in future!

Stevan Buren roofing did an amazing job repairing our roof from hail damage. The inspection was free and they were extremely professional, we would definitely use them again!

Update: Stevan Buren got back to me very soon after I reported the issue. They came back out to inspect and make repairs to an attic vent very quickly. Corrected the water damage inside. Can’t even tell it leaked at all! They really did their very best to make it right!

Update: Dec 2023 apparently I have a leak. Water damage sustained to interior ceiling only six months after new roof was installed

We sustained storm damage to our roof back in March, along with several others around us. I know they had to be busy, but John was able to personally come by same day to get the repair process started. Also got a crew to install tarps same day. He made the whole process seamless; worked with our insurance and assisted with (extremely reasonable) financing. After signing all the papers, we inquired about a small fence repair, and John offered to take care of it at no additional cost. Also worth noting that we had received multiple bids, and they beat a couple by almost HALF! Quality materials and workmanship. All repairs made in about 6-7 hrs. Will definitely use them again if I require any major home repairs!

Very professional & did a great job. They replaced our entire roof, added insulation to our attic & replaced the majority of our windows. We would use them again.
