Add ReviewThey made a mistake on the cost of the truck.Bought from internet. Would not accept responsibility for the headaches they caused. When delivered the vehicle did not have a front license plate bracket and had quarter of a tank of gas in it.Terrible customer service.Report
B opted not to leave a text review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep RamReport
Skyler was my salesman. He was not pushy at all. He had a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable regarding the Ram I bought. Zack the finance person was patient and answered all my questions in a concise manner.Report
Great experience on much needed repairs on my Jeep, thank you Greg Barker and Gerald Cook!Report
Brought my jeep for a recall & wanted to take advantage of the appointment since they were going to have it for the whole day. Got my tires balance & rotated plus an oil change package. I was told the oil was changed plus filter. Found it odd when I got my jeep back my oil percentage was the same “ maybe they forgot to reset it “ this is the 2nd time I reset it & goes back to the same reading & went under same filter still there. Great customer service but technicians not doing what they are supposed to.Report
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but these guys are great. I’ve brought my wife’s jeep here a few times to be serviced and have never had an issue. Usually I avoid dealerships because they tend to be more expensive for service than independent shops but these guys were actually cheaper for routine stuff like oil changes and inspection. They’re not pushy either, if you just want an oil change and inspection nobody is going to try to upsell you a cabin air filter or wiper blades. Great place, will be coming back.Report
I hate buying used cars. You just never really know. Skyler did a great job convincing me to abandon GM and get my first Dodge product. No sales push. Kept me informed. Very pleasant to work with. So far happy with my truck. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was I asked to have 3 things done to the truck before I picked it up. After taking delivery I found none of those things were done. Very disappointed by that. Not sure where the ball was dropped but it took an otherwise great experience to an OK experience. However, I would gladly buy another vehicle from Stetler.Report
I had an outstanding experience with Stetler. Emerson was my salesman. I called ahead and he had the vehicle ready for me. He is an honest, low-pressure salesman which is exactly what I wanted. The vehicle was great and they offered me a fair trade without any back and forth. I can't say enough about the quality of people here. Very pleased.Report
I've been using Stetler for service for years. The staff is always very friendly. They listen to what I have to say is wrong and they fix everything as fast as possible. Their customer service is amazing. I have recommended them to others and I will continue to recommend them in the future . Thank you for everything you do!!!!!!Report
Service advisor John Papu misled me on two different pricing issues. First, on the phone after we talked about the check engine light and the new key to be made for me, he quoted me $533. I was under the impression the key was included in that for the ~$180 he quoted me on that. I said to do the work. Later that night my wife paid for my truck so we could pick it up in the evening after close, when I saw the bill she brought home, it was $719. Apparently the key wasn’t included in his price, even though Mr. Papu had just given me the price right after we finished talking about the key. Second when I picked my truck up, the old key was in the cupholder, but apparently the actual metal key is sold separately. So all i got was a new fob and they put my old emergency metal key into the new fob. After calling the next morning, confused thinking they misplaced my new metal key, he told me they are sold separately and are $70 for the blank and cutting. Perhaps this was my misunderstanding on all of this, but I feel as though there was a certain lack of communication on his part. It seems like they bait you in and then once the work is complete you’re left with a much higher bill than the amount you were expecting to pay.Report
Won’t be dealing with this dealership anymore.
