Come here to fix one thing and I guarantee you you will need to fix more. I came in with a minor problem and now mysteriously my ac stopped blowing cold, and they left a mess in my trunk. Along with some profanity written in the back.

My brand new Land Cruiser has a broken forward facing camera, awaiting one on order- ZERO communication- been waiting 3 weeks. Also, severe squeek in the left front brake on reversing- they literally told me it was "due to humidity".... :0- seriously, why only in one brake- no humidity in the others?? I am very unhappy with my first toyota purchase having problems within the first month.... and the service was very poor.... They told me they diagnosed the camera issue by replacing it with a camera from another new Land Cruiser- then took it back out!! I'm not sure I believe that- but anyway, I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to wait with literally ZERO follow up communication. In another month, I suppose I'll try another dealer.... meanwhile no cruise control, and I wonder what's wrong with that brake.

The repair had to be done and was completed in under 2 hours, but the charge was too high for the amount of work.

The one thing that i did not like on the other hand is that the service team never updates me on my car i couldn’t drive it out the lot because of a headlight that was out but then i get a message saying they are replacing the whole headlight and not just the bulb. I purchased the vehicle 2/22/25 and i still dont have it or any word of when it will be ready these people never answer for the department or the people i need to check on my vehicle. 2/26/25
