    I have purchased two vehicles here, both with full coverage. The first one never had any issues and extended warranty covered maintenance. Today with the new vehicle I purchased with extended warranty, I have been having issues. According to them now it doesn't cover any of the maintenance but oil change. Total rip off because when they sell you the car it's not what they tell you. Each visit have to pay out of pocket. Not only do they charge for everything done to vehicle but wait time is ridiculous. Even after setting a time frame. Not sure what happened with this dealership but I won't ever be coming here again for a future purchase. Beware of buying additional warranty and coverage, it's a total loss.

    Good car but bad service. Schedule and arrive at 11am but took 37 minutes to get service started. No one was helping. Will never come back here for service.

    Car service was terrible! I waited 25 minutes just to drop off my car, which I made an appointment for. I saw service guys walking around but didn't bother to ask if I needed help. I had to flag people down to help me. Then they didn't call me until 1.5 hour before closing and told me issues that they found. When I picked up the car, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to bring it. Not waiting longer, I then went back in line to get someone paged to bring the car up. The guy then brings up the car and parked it at the end and walked off. He didn't even bother to tell me that my car was there. Terrible service for a well-known dealership!

    TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Waiting since 4 hours and car is not ready yet.... Don't know how long will have to wait... normally they took around 2 hrs... I have 2 issues but they are unable to resolve it today and asked bring my on weekdays..... WHAT!!! don't respect customers time...
