I was scammed when purchasing a new M3. I paid an additional $1000 from msrp for ceramic coating that was never applied to the vehicle. I confirmed with my two different detailers in town. Instead of having them find a shop that does ceramic coating in Vegas, they just sent me a bottle of ceramic and a check of $300 to get it accomplished myself. This job requires a min of $1000 to get the ceramic coating applied. Brennan O’ Donnell sold me the car but blamed me for the swirl marks insisting the ceramic was applied when there was clearly evidence of it not being applied. He also did not include the wheel locks, that I had to purchase separately out of pocket. This was a nightmare finding the right size and then waiting for it when it should’ve been in my trunk. There was also suspose to be a bmw carbon fiber key card, that I also never received. I paid $100k in cash check and have never had an experience like that with multiple issues from the start. The manager James Piper tried to make it right, but from losing $500 from the ceramic to tye missing wheel locks and card key. I’ll spend my $100k somewhere else, next time

I had a bad Monday morning , and I also had a service appointment for my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked by Farzin's attitude. He asked how I was, quickly checked in my car, introduced me to the service advisor, invited me for coffee, and proved to me that. There are still great people in the world.

I wouldn’t even leave a star for this BMW dealer. As a loyal BMW owner with four BMWs, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their sales manager, Zel, was completely unprofessional in handling customer negotiations—his attitude was aggressive and dismissive. Despite my sincere effort to close a deal quickly, he made it seem like he didn’t want my business at all. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Extremely frustrating!

I was trying to help my neighbor get a radio code for her BMW, these people put me on endless hold and transferred me to some VM!! It should be part of your agreement with manufacturer to provide such support at no charge, obviously helping a BMW owner with their radio code doesn’t make the Sterling BMW service department any money.
Thanks, we will seek help elsewhere.
