Dr. Thomas F. Vail, DPM, is a native of Cleveland, OH. He did his undergraduate work at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating cum laude. His medical degree (DPM) was obtained at Kent State University. His surgical residency was completed in Youngstown, Ohio, with an additional year in South Bend, Indiana, specializing in minimal incision techniques. I believe patients deserve to have the information needed to make good choices about their foot and ankle care. My goal is to educate each patient and begin a relevant treatment program with the highest quality of care available.
