Great hotel. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Convenient to toll and other roadways to get around easily. Friendly staff. Large, comfortable and clean rooms.

Have stayed at this hotels location a few times and love and enjoy my stay every time. The property, lobby, and rooms are kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast hits the spot to start the day, but could use just a bit more variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service, great location, comfortable and quiet.

Suites are great and clean. Breakfast has healthy options and ambience is great. Improvement needed on bathroom amenities and room air quality (there is some type of odor when entering room)

Great customer service and convenient location. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Great amenities.

This hotel is in a mostly Corporate/Business area of Plano. I felt comfortable and safe staying at this location. It is a beautiful area and the hotel was nice but, I disliked the cheap toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and tissue. I had to call the front desk to replace bulbs. One of the most agitating things was the television. There was no guide to tell you what number were the channel so, you had to wait to see what channel was to a certain station. Constantly having to flip through channels is time consuming.
