don't need handicap accessible room. the shampoo dispenser was broken and the conditioner was empty.

Very nice inn, great place to relax. I would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Rooms were clean.

Overall, this was the nicest hotel I've stayed at. I'll start off the the only flaw: central AC. Our room had a private bedroom with a door that shut from the living area, which is where the thermostat was. We adjusted the thermostat before bed and then in the middle of the night when we woke up sweating. It just couldn't cool the room.
Now the positives: everything was so clean and nice, soaps were all filled, the cleanliness of the overall hotel was great. We visited the billiards room and played and that was a fun escape. In addition to that, there was also free beer and wine and being on a 26 hour road trip with a two year old is stressful so it was nice to come downstairs and talk to people at the social, have some cookies, and have a drink. The staff were very welcoming and greeted us every time we walked in into the building. ALSO the breakfast bar had FRESH FRUIT. That's something I've never seen before and finally a breakfast my toddler would eat.
Again, I can't stress enough, this is a VERY clean and nice hotel. Normally we stay at others but for this particular night in our road-trip adventure it was the cheapest. However, we will now aim to look for these hotels as we found they fit our style and wants the best.

Friendly atmosphere . Good customer care. I will stay there whenever I am in Missoula.

To much money for dogs cost more for little dog then us breakfast wasn't done at 6 like was told to us we payed they didn't deliver

We will address this issue to ensure it does not happen again. I am also sorry you find our pet fee too high. We cannot distinguish between big and little dogs. Excellent, as always. This is a comfortable, clean and very relaxing hotel in Missoula.

Staybridge Suites Missoula is an excellent place to stay. Has a great staff. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The hot breakfast is a nice feature.

The room was very clean and spacious :-) We loved the mini kitchen and that there was a TV in the bedroom and the living room. I was also happy there was a bathtub! The breakfast was phenomenal! Waffles, French toast, yogurt fruit bar, eggs, sausage, juices and coffees and more :-)

This is a fabulous hotel with great accommodations. The staff were very friendly and helpful in many ways. They had a wonderful food selection every morning with great coffee. The fireplace was a nice treat. Probably the best part about our stay was the amazing sheets and comfort of the beds.
