Modest hotel with very accommodating staff. If you're in town for the Hruska Clinic Prime Program they have an agreement with the clinic to shuttle you to and from your various appointments around town as a free service. It's right across the street from a Hyvee and a bunch of other restaurants so everything you could need during your stay is within a 5 min walk. They also have a social hour Mon-Wed starting at 5:30 with complimentary beer from Burning Sky brewery on tap. The staff definitely deserve an extra star for giving me a lift across town during a ridiculous wind storm when all the uber/lyft drivers were not providing rides. Definitely will stay here again if I'm ever back in Lincoln.

I stay often for business and it now feels like a home away from home. They remember me and my preferences. Super friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 2 days. The hotel from a quick glance looked decent. Good reviews and everything. I got checked in and went to my room. On an immediate first look I noticed a few bugs in the sink and the shower in the bathroom. I didn't think much of it and figured I would just let the front desk know in the AM. In the middle of the night I got up and a roach the size of a quarter crawled across the bed. I guess in the middle of the night they came out of the walls because they were everywhere. They were all over the kitchenette area, the dresser, the light fixtures and some on the walls. I immediately packed my things and called the front desk to let them know what I was seeing. The gentleman immediately apologized and offered to move me rooms at that moment. I got a room on the higher floor for the remainder of my stay and this room had no trace of bugs. Didn't have any other issues after that. Breakfast was decent but not many hot options. Mainly pastries and baked goods. I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel! It's clean, modern, friendly and welcoming! I always feel safe and comfortable. I love the rooms both a studio and a suite as well as all the staff. You also welcome my dog with open arms!

Service was great both days! Each day was a different worker. Upon check in there was a large group and the front desk worker checked us in while they were filling out paperwork still we wouldn't have to wait.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

We were satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was great! Rooms felt like a mini apartment and were very comfortable.
