Staybridge Suites Amarillo-Western Crossing

Have stayed in many of these fine establishments, except for this one though. This one was rather filthy, numerous stains, and a bucket of disgusting trash left under the sink with rice and beer bottles within the bucket...
I would have to say this is the most eye straining hotel room I have ever seen.

We got stranded in Amarillo on our way to Taos, NM and this hotel was incredibly accommodating. We were able to book a room quickly even with our dog and they allowed us a super late check out while we waited for our car to get fixed. The staff was extremely nice throughout and it was great that they had a free laundry set up. The pillows were also very comfortable.

The rooms here are filthy. Dog hair everywhere, long hairs in the shower, footprints on the bathroom tile that we didn't make. Toilet was not working and we had to fix it. Ice maker not working. We found bed bugs in the couch and brought them to the front desk. They moved us to another room that was equally dirty. Hotel Management is very unresponsive and doesn't return phone calls.

good place to stay. Convenient to downtown and interstate

My room was not very clean at all. The bathroom door looked like someone had defecated all over it.

Great place to stay. Good food is close by and it's close to the highway but not close enough to hear it.

Typical suite - used reward night. Only complaint is "no regular coffee" in the room (only decaf). Lobby coffee was lukewarm.
