Staybridge Suites Albany Wolf Rd-Colonie Center

Have been staying at the Staybridge for many years and have always found it to be accommodating and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. The hotel is in need of some refreshing. The same furniture and carpets have been in the rooms for the past ten years, time for a change. Housekeeping needs a shake-up, cobwebs in the corners and neglected bathrooms. Faucets leaking. As usual the staff was great with our large family group invading the lobby. I will remain a customer next time we are in Albany.

The hotel staff was friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable.
The sink next to the bathroom backed up. The hotel is conveniently located next to Macy's and the Cheese Cake Factory it was also close to other shopping locations.

Enjoyed my stay, nice rooms, great social food and drink on Mon, Tues and Weds.
Good location and amenities.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time this past week, and if we're in the area again we will be staying again. Let's start from the beginning, check in was flawless and Casey was amazing and super friendly!!!! Not only was Casey amazing at check in but all through out our stay was as helpful as could be abd very friendly each day we were there and was more than willing to help with a smile on her face the whole time. The rooms were really clean and spacious. As a matter of fact the whole hotel was kept beautifully clean. Breakfast was to die for a real nice breakfast that the staff kept refilling as needed, we all enjoyed it. The pool was great too the kids (abd adults) had a great time at the pool. Checkout was a breeze too I was sad that we had to leave but it just gives me something to look forward to if we have to be in the area again.

It's all great. The best place I've ever stayed. Very home like. Offers great amenities. The place is clean.

Room was just OK, bathroom was in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was marginal. Almost no one wore mask. Would not stay again.
