I was the victim of hit-and-run car accident in February of 2021 by an uninsured driver, rendering my car totaled, and thousands in medical bills and damages. It was suggested to me to find legal representation, having never experienced this kind of event before, I did some digging and found Staver Injury Lawyers to be the best option for what I thought I needed, I had no idea just how right that decision would be in the coming year.
My predatory insurance company, American Alliance Casualty Co., out-right refused to cover not only the full amount of my medical bills, but also denied full payment of the property damages - my remaining car loan, tow, rental, etc. - All of which was supposed to be covered in full under my uninsured motorist coverage in my policy.
In came the lawyers from Staver vs. American Alliance ; they worked with me every single step of the way, making certain I was well informed on every step they had to take or not take. They provided me with excellent physical therapists, at a minimal cost, they were able to negotiate my final hospital, doctor visit, physical therapy and other fees to a fraction of what was owed, in order so I could receive the maximum possible return for what was done to me not only by the uninsured driver, but by American Alliance Casualty Co.
