Don’t come here. And don’t buy Mazda.
Worst experience ever. Took three whole weeks just to find out what to repair for our car. We asked for a loaner that works with our trailer since we are leaving for a long trip. This place used three whole weeks to prepare a loaner that DOESNT WORK at all for our trailer or any of our needs that we’ve clarified with them for a thousand time. loaner vehicle got the wrong tire sizes, wrong tow packages and without the adapter. We bought our car here and they kept saying that everything will be ready and exactly the same as our own vehicle, yet we came three times for a loaner but got the completely wrong one.

AVOID WORKING WITH REPAIR ADVISOR NATHON. He’s full of untrue promises and wrong information about the repair.
We don’t mind any shop to take their times to finish the job but they keep telling us vague information which got our hopes up and then endless delays.
We already cancelled our first short trip due to our car is not ready but not the second one so we absolutely need this loaner, which also ended up a disaster.

Second time at this Mazda dealership and had a great experience with salesman Raymond Cadena. He made the experience fun as well which was wonderful considering car buying is a long process. He went above and beyond to ensure we got a car we wanted that aligned with our finances. He is definitely the guy to see if you’re looking for a new car!

Came here to look at purchasing a new vehicle. Worked with Raymond Cadena and he helped me out tremendously. He helped me find a car that fit within my finances and was very upfront. I’d highly recommend coming to this Mazda Dealer and working with Raymond.

I used to bring my 2021 Mazda here because I liked the service. However I stopped by this morning to see if I could do a walk in appointment. I walked up to the service desk outside and I was standing there for 10+ min and made eye contact with multiple employees who proceeded to ignore me and not even say a word. No “we’ll be with you in a moment.” Just blank stares…I took that as they were hoping I would leave. So I did and I took my car to Alhambra Mazda to be serviced instead. Take your car there if you want to be acknowledged as a person.

Very great experience on buying my first car with Israel Espino!

Israel was extremely patient, helpful and kind throughout the sales process. There was a little bit of a hiccup and he handled it with so much patience and grace always with a smile on his face, cracking jokes. He was wonderful to work with and we appreciate him and Star Mazda!

I recently visited Star Mazda to purchase a new CX5, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating.

Raymond seemed in a bad mood and made personal comments during the discussion. He was dismissive and gave me vague, unhelpful answers to my questions. The vehicle I was interested in wasn't ready for a test drive even though I had an appointment, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to even get a response about availability.

To make matters worse, the pricing was not transparent, and I felt like I was being given the runaround with hidden fees and charges. I had to ask multiple times for detailed information about the financing options, and even then, the terms seemed unclear and constantly changing.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a Mazda – there are plenty of other dealerships that treat their customers with respect and offer a much more professional experience.

I knew from the start that I wanted a Mazda because I had one back in 2014 which I leased from Culver City Mazda. I gave up the car when I moved to New York in 2017 and I just arrived back here in LA a few months ago from New York so I obviously need a car again because I didn't have one in New York. As I mentioned, I previously leased my car from Culver City Mazda but because I moved to Hollywood, Star Mazda was much more convenient. I had called there several times before I physically went to the dealership and spoke with John Maisyan. He followed up with me several times but to be honest, when I walked in the dealership I didn't know who he was. I just knew someone named John had been calling me. Funny enough, he knew exactly who I was! I was having a real dilemma finding the car I wanted because I need to have the premium audio but it's only offered in the turbo in the Mazda3 sedan and I didn't need a turbo nor did I want to pay that much money just to have premium audio which is what I thought I was going to have to do. That was until John informed me of the perfect solution. The CX30 premium trim level also has the premium sound system but it's not a turbo and does not have the turbo price so my problem is solved all thanks to John! I had called other Mazda dealerships with the same problem and nobody suggested what John did. He is so nowledgeable and laid back and I did not feel pressured at any point. He didn't try to hard sell me the car because I think the car speaks for itself and also that's just not his style. He is a straight shooter and I could tell he's truly authentic and honest. Not a typical car salesman lol. He found the exact CX30 in the color I wanted and gave me a phenomenal deal however me getting the car was dependent upon me getting a job and unfortunately, I didn't get the job. With that said, when I get a job (which will hopefully happen soon), I will be going directly back to John at Star Mazda. He seriously is the best so make sure you ask for him when you go in! He's also been at the dealership a long time so he has a real credibility.
