One of the things I worried most about when purchasing my first home was maintaining major systems like my furnace and air conditioning. So, of course I had a problem the week I moved in. The STL H&A tech came out and explained what was wrong (user error!) and spent time to walk me through my system and taught me to use my digital thermostat very patiently. He didn't try to sell me at all, but mentioned the service plan when I displayed my lack of filter changing skills. I jumped on it and couldn't be happier. I've got this homeowner thing in the bag!Report

Mandy and Kevin have been a pleasure to work with. The work that was done in our home by St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning was top notch! The work is very detailed and neat. There was nothing left behind that needed cleaning up. We received a lovely packet with our receipt and warranty information. It is easy to file away for future reference. On a super cold night, I came home to find my heating out. Even though it was late, Kevin came in less than 30 minutes. When he couldn't fix it, they had three very reasonable quotes to me very early the next morning and were able to get it installed the next day! The whole team made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Would highly recommend.Report
