St. Cloud Toyota

I have always owned and loved toyota. However, this location is still leaning on the crutch of COVID when really, it comes down to horrific scheduling/service department. When you schedule an oil change a month out and show up just for them to take 2 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous.

What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you can't even get the work done in a timely manner?

Look, I get you might be severely understaffed… but it is 110% your fault for overbooking each and every single day… this is the third time this has happened in the past 6 months.

Would love to continue business here but unless something changes it simply is not worth the time. Literally anywhere else can handle standard service in under an hour.

Called them with a simple question and got put on hold with 3 different people to only get sent back to the first person I talked to. LAZY

My wife and I purchased a pre owned Toyota Sienna.
I called and spoke with Mitchell in the internet dept. He set an appointment with Kendra Severson, who had the Van ready for us to see and test drive.
The whole experience was EXCELLENT!
Kendra is very knowledgeable and actually fun to work with. We loved the Van and bought it. Trade value for our car was very good and financing was low stress .
We really enjoyed our experience.
