Dan and Jake were great to work with on the process of trading in our old vehicle and buying a new one! Dan was very friendly and not pushy throughout the entire process, he gave us all the information we needed before driving over an hour to get the vehicle.
Jake helped us with all the financing and explained all the documents as needed.
Bonus points since this is a dog friendly dealership and they were more than happy to allow our dog to sit with us while we signed everything. We will definitely keep them in mind when needing another vehicle in the future!

My husband and I bought a new 2023 Impreza from Erik in late 2022. We were very pleased with that sales experience and the service from Subaru thereafter. Had a great experience working with Cole on my Vehicle purchase. I was able to schedule my test drive the same day I reached out. He made sure to go over options with me and answer any questions I had. The vehicle needed some repairs before I could take it home but Cole made sure to get me setup in loaner while I waited. He also put in a rush request to see if they could get parts sooner from a different dealer. The finance department was also very good at explaining the warranty options and explained every step of signing the sale agreement. Highly recommend buying from St. Cloud Subaru!

We loved our experience at St Cloud Subaru. The entire staff are 5 stars. We fell in love with the Forester and quickly decided to buy it. Patrick gave us excellent information and answered our questions. He has a great personality. Kris sat next to me in the car and showed us how to access and use the user friendly menu. After one week we visited St Cloud and Kris answered my questions and again showed me how to find things on the menu screen. Hs is friendly , patient and a very important member of the Subaru team. The Forester is perfect for us seniors. It has many safety features and a super smooth ride and it greets me and adjusts my seat every time I turn the ignition on. Yes, we both smile.
