Add ReviewClean and friendly staff. Easy access to places around Vancouver and not hard to get to Portland. Would stay again!Report
I stayed at SpringHill Suites over the winter holidays, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure all our needs were met. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team (Geri, Martin, and everyone else who we met), who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during our stay.Report
The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety each morning. The entire hotel felt clean, well-maintained, and inviting. We stayed on the fourth floor, which had been recently renovated, and it added to the overall comfort and modern feel of the property.
This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend SpringHill Suites to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town!

Perfect stop along the way on our west coast road trip.Report
Take your own chance that your reservation may be taken by somebody else when you check in. I believe there is poor management system in this hotel (or Marriott?) Worried about personal info hacking and called Marriott but no response at all.Report
As a hotel this place is great. Staff is friendly. It’s clean and quiet. But man, that breakfast needs some work. Soggy sausage sandwiches aren’t the way to go.Report
Positive: "" Negative: Very dirty room. Understaffed for the night.Report

The outside is beautiful, all standards are what to expect from your average Marriott chain hotel but beware, I stayed one week(5 days) I like to stay in ketosis in the morning. Unfortunately not one day was there eggs for breakfast. I was expecting the usual scrambled eggs and bacon instead we get quiches and processed food like croissants or sausage biscuits. There are cold boiled eggs in the fridge, you'll have to take them to your room to heat up. All in all I would not recommend staying here, there's better breakfast at the hotels down the street.Report
The check in process was not so smooth. they had a new person and lets just say....it was not a good experience. I did not get the room type I paid for. The Breakfast is okay at best. Nothing special. I would like to call out the front desk person Amanda for her great service - and the lady in the Breakfast area, also a great job... and finally, the Room Cleaning Service - great persons working there too.Report
