Spring Lake Hotels by IHG

This is an amazing hotel. Perfect location right next to a great lake. Visited in winter but can only imagine the summers. Bartender and waiters were amazing and very hospitable. 10/10.

I guess the overall review of this hotel meets my expectations, breakfast was not good at all...need to improve the restaurant...

My husband and I stayed the night while celebrating my holiday work party there. We were so impressed with the hotel itself. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. It is just a wonderful place to host a party of any kind! The room our party was in was modern and cozy. The staff were all very nice and professional. We will easily be back again.

Great customer service and follow up. The staff goes over and above to please. I have stayed here many times and the quality of the stay is excellent. Always and every time above my expectations.

My biggest thing about traveling is I have to stay at a clean hotel and this one really was very clean. Wasn't that nasty hotel smell. Just was a nice hotel in a great location.

Had a Christmas pool party with family and Grand Kids. Enjoyed the bar and dining area and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Not a complaint, but the heating system needs an overhaul. The fan continually cycled on and off all night. Was very loud while blowing air over the beds we were using. Other than that, this was a very nice property.

It was an okay experience. Pool was open and rooms were clean.
