I have a new Forester. I had questions about Service from other places in the past, so I went in and talked with them, mostly with John, an upper echelon maintenance supervisor. He handled my questions with honesty and integrity, which has left me with a good impression. I’m thankful, because a good Service Department helps me feel good about my new car.

My wife and I drove here from Tallahassee to purchase a vehicle we had seen online. The sales manager, Victor made the purchase price fair and was straightforward about everything.
Our sales representative, Angel made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions patiently and helped make the process smooth and easy every step of the way. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Sport Subaru and plan on checking with them first the next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

The building and amenities were great. The shuttle service is fantastic. My only big issue is that I texted back my service rep Ryan a day or two after pickup for some noticeable damage to my windshield and they never got back to me. So a little disappointed in that follow-up since he specifically said to text him back at any time if I had any issues post-pickup. No follow-up calls or anything either. Service could have been better after pick-up especially since I spent over $1k on repairs.

Had a great experience this time. Fidel Miranda was my service advisor this visit and honestly he was a cool guy. He listened to my concerns about my vehicle and clearly let me know what services I should have done next. I can't afford to fix my car all at once and it's nice to know what needs to replaced first and what could wait. Thanks again Fidel.

This was my second purchase from them and Angel Diaz. I knew what I wanted and called ahead. They had everything waiting for me so all I had to do was sign. I was out within an hour. No one has time to wait for hours at a dealership. I love this place and my new Subie.

My car have a noise in the driver absorber shock and the mechanic said is normal because all the ascent have the same noise .He never change any part of my car . Becarefull with the service in this location they lie to us .this is my 3 Subaru with only 31.000 miles .I change my first Subaru with transmission problems after 3000 miles of use and my second one with 7000 miles transmission problems too .I don't like the service in this location is a complete scam and they don't know how to solve problems just oil change and filters .
