I loved the service and everyone was very friendly. They helped me with each and every step and got me out of the door with a new car!

This dealership was excellent! I was due for my 10k mileage check and I was in and out under the time they quoted me. Diane Tran offered absolutely phenomenal service, and I’ll be going back for all the scheduled service on my Tacoma.

I was approved with my bank and I told them I wanted to stay with my bank multiple times, Taurean Fortson said, “finance with us; do us this favor; my manager is asking for the favor” I said NO, I don’t want you guys to run my credit, it was already done by the bank. He said we won’t, we’re just going to run numbers. And they get you to sit in the office for hours and hours while they “run numbers”. They ran my credit 4 different times as i received notifications for this immediately to my phone. And the (Isiah) finance manager’s response to this complaint… “well you’re the buyer and that’s the dealer, he does what a dealer does and this is a learning experience for you”. So apart from being slimy, lying snakes, they disrespect their clients after it’s too late to go back? I HATE THIS PLACE. Now I’m getting mail from the credit companies saying that the loan requested is more than the car is even worth and now I’m stuck with it. I HATE SPORT CITY TOYOTA AND ITS PEOPLE I would NEVER recommend to anyone.
