SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats

This was a wonderful experience. Working with all the guides from the drum ceremony, couples dynamic, land journey, massage, Reiki, all of it was amazing and the best spiritual retreat I’ve been on with my husband.

Thanking SpiritQuest and the absolutely amazing team of practitioners! I came in very lost and stuck in so many ways. Deep rooted family trauma which was causing me to carry that baggage with me through my life without even realizing it. I had tried just about everything and nothing was working. I was at the lowest point in my life. Rock bottom.

My soul then found SpiritQuest! Jessica and Kirti were amazing in explaining how everything would work each day. Even sending me my very own custom itinerary with what and how each day would be planned out. That was another beautiful sign for me that I knew this was right! It was honestly LIFE CHANGING to say the least! I feel more empowered and truly enlightened after this whole 5 day experience. They also gave me the option of following up with any of the practitioners I connected with, continuing the guidance or any questions I might have coming back into my everyday life.

With confidence, I now can look inside myself and believe, trust and honor the beautiful Goddess that I am! With my mind, body and spirit - I have the freedom, the balance and clarity to move forward on this healing journey, while sharing true compassion and love for myself and others around me!

I am very much looking forward and so excited to continue these amazing tools I was taught and given! Sending all the love and light for anyone that comes across SpiritQuest. You will most definitely not regret it ?????????

A deeply transformative experience! It was exactly what I needed at the point in my journey that I was at. From the start, the administrative team was far more than that, they are a guide that helps to chart your path in whichever retreat you choose. They intently listen to you and make adjustments if needed. I couldn't believe that they were able to put together an experience for me only five days before I arrived! And they continued to work with me upon my arrival to enhance my experience further. Each practitioner I worked with, including the owner, was unique from the other, gifted, and amazing at holding space. All were loving, supportive, and helpful in making recommendations both personal to me and for things to do in the Sedona area. A true gem and worth the investment. I especially enjoyed the ability to do sessions outside in the surrounding area and to be in nature. I will return!

My journey consisted of 3, intentionally designed days with the goal of expanding my knowledge of self, understanding the complexities of the mind, the simple tools to help navigate complexity from a place of grounding and clear (in the now) thought bordered but not dominated by yesterday and tomorrow.

The teachers at SpiritQuest are kind, enlightened, professional, and complement one another with their uniqueness and own path’s of essence and joy.

I left enlightened and lightened.

Amazing

I went there hoping to get some clarity and techniques to help me meditate and connect with my spirit guides. I spent 4 days doing an intensive retreat. I came home with a clear purpose, goals and a plan. I did an intensive breathwork session that was one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced in my life. I am continuing to do it at home. The practitioners helped me to see that I was making things harder than they really needed to be. I am so impressed that I am trying to get my friends to go with me next year.

Right from day one I felt my emotional well being slowly rising to high levels of happiness, healing, rejuvenation, I feel like a whole new human being.
