They get the job done! I called precision around 10am and got an appointment for that day. Unbelievably awesome!! AJ came out earlier than he had too which was excellent. I thought my plans were off for the day but he came extra early and fixed my garage door. I thought the door was not repairable. I was ready to purchase a new garage door but appointments for new doors were months away. He was very nice and personable and explained to me what type of problem I had and what the cost would be before starting. I truly appreciate this company!!

I highly recommend Precision. They sent a tech out the same day, and the office and tech communicated appointment time appropriately. The tech was polite and made repairs quickly and efficiently. We were also offered a few options/levels for repairs, since some of our equipment is older. It's not easy finding this kind of exceptional service in our current environment.

We had a new garage door opener installed, and our existing garage door opener repaired. I thought this would be a long, drawn out process, but we were pleasantly surprised. We called to schedule our appointment in the morning, and by 5pm that same day everything was finished. Our technician (Mike) was amazing! He was on-time, professional, honest, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Everyone at Precision Door Service puts an emphasis on service and it shows. Working with them was a great experience: they did the job, did it well, did it for a reasonable price, and did it with a pleasant attitude. Highly recommended and much appreciated!
