Since they changed their name to Sppedway Subaru, the parts and service department have gone down hill. Good luck calling them and having someone from the parts or service answer your call. Took them 4 days and 6 calls, with messages, to finally call me back.Report

Got my vehicle the 13th and have been trying to get a hold of someone since. Amanda is a good sales rep. They all are nice. But 3 stars cause I have been trying to get a hold of someone about my Keys. I feel like they should replace them. I'm not one to complain normally that's why I didn't say anything at the dealership while signing papers. I was just excited to get my vehicle I always wanted. I was told I had 2 keys, before I seen them. I wasnt told one works to get in and the other just works to drive an the buttons don't work. The manager reached out to me from 1st review I put on here Cause i put 5 stars but I was just being nice... my Keys need fixed!!! 😩Report

I called and talked to someone about a vehicle and they was supposed to put it on hold because I was coming with cash. But they sold the car from under me. This place is not reputable, and will sell something out from under you.Report
