I recently purchased a vehicle from Speck Motors Prosser. What a delightful experience! It was late Saturday evening, and I was just going to see what all the hubbub was about at Prosser Speck, that I had seen on Facebook.
I was directed to "Karl" as my guy as I arrived. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and about well, most anything we talked about! He began by asking me a few questions pertaining to what I was interested in, and if I had anything in particular in mind. That led into my line of work, income, etc. He was very personable and transparent as far as what he had in mind for me. He had a quick discussion with "Chris" and presented me with several options to choose from. If I didn't like those, he said he had more, as there are several Specks throughout the Valley! He offered me coffee, and while we waited, we spoke about many things. I found him to be very easy to talk to. He knew the inventory, details and process well! In fact, every person I spoke to at Speck was really nice, helpful and kind. Not once did I feel pressured or like I did not know what was happening. It was an entirely different experience than ones I've had at other dealerships prior. In the end, I went home with a beautiful car that met every one of the things I had hoped for, (even a couple more!) at a price I could afford, with a payment that fit my budget! Love this!
