Came to this company for a part for my vehicle and had the worst experience with tonya or Tanya from parts. Right from the start she was rude not mean but just rude to talk too. I kept getting that feeling of blood boiling so I just said thank you and hung up I didn't feel helped at all. No customer service skills.ReportRe: Came to this company for ... Went in for an oil change on a 2021 model and the female representative tells me that they're going to charge me for my oil change meanwhile another person tells me it's free since my car doesn't have a lot of miles on it obviously since it's this years model, good catch of the gentleman. Maybe their staff needs to be updated on their offers and warranties and not try to charge people inadvertently!! Be aware of your warranties people!!ReportRe: Went in for an oil change ... I was not impressed, I have excellent credit and was a returning customer. they wouldn't even consider dropping car price, in fact all the manager said it was too much truck for me, sadly I will never go back to speck in the future. went and bought the same pickup at Dave Smith in kellog idaho for $6000 less.ReportRe: I was not impressed, I ha ... Engine blew on wife's suv... ?Report
They replaced with a gmc remanufactured engine. It was spendy, but cheaper than a new or even used car. Got a great warranty with it as well. They found and fixed a few other problems as well. Beyond sticker shock with less than decent customer service. Over $300 to change ONE lightbulb. 1.6 hours of labor for a $24.99 part and then a random $24.00 FEE that was explained to me as a shop fee/hazardous waste fee...so the same cost to throw away a lightbulb as the cost of the light bulb?? All to change one front headlight. Oh. Add that I was there for over 3 hours and had requested at the time of booking the appointment to have them help pair my phone to the car...never happened.
