This philosophy requires management to be on our project sites as much as they are in the office. Our Supervisor's are actively trained each year by management and manufactures with new materials, techniques, specification changes along with Safety compliance both internally to our organization and externally as required by the client.

SR&I's Sales Associates work in conjunction with our Estimating Department and Project Managers to provide the right solution for each client. Sometimes, we even give clients “multiple options” so that they can choose what best works for them and within their budgetary limitations. Each project is as different as each client.
