Sparkman, Shepard & Morris, P.C. ReviewsLEAVE REVIEW FOR BUSINESS
The state of Alabama continues to pass those with a lack of empathy. While, in a chapter 7 the trustee's are able to sell all nonexempt property. It then in return stays on your credit for about 10 years. The chapter 13 is no better, basically making it impossible for you to move. Most apartments, when putting in an application it is an automatic denial. If I were you I would think about another option, so you wouldn't have to deal with Alabama's trustees or their lawyers.
