About Spark TMS

Dr. Pesheks background and experience in TMS dates back to June of 2004. After completing his Psychiatry Residency at The University of Pennsylvania, he accepted a fellowship position in Mood & Anxiety Disorders at U Penn, where he worked on clinical trials in Neuromodulation, including the FDA-pivotal trial for TMS. Spark TMS was opened in October of 2018. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation was FDA-Approved in 2008 for treatment of major depression, 2013 for migraine and 2018 for OCD. The TMS protocol offered at Spark TMS is established for the patient under the direct supervision of Andrew Peshek, M.D.
