Zero customer service. I have called several times in 3 days to fix a broken AC on a rented unit. I haven't received a call back yet, everytime I call they leave a message for some guy who is on the phone. I had the same issue a year ago with the AC and customer service. I bet if I leave a message to rent more units I'll get a callback. BS

I've been renting a Mobile Storage Unit from SMS for almost a year now. Unfortunately we stopped utilizing there services this month but I have to say it's been a pleasure working with everyone there. Big props to Daniel Alday and the rest of the team.

On the 6th of July 2020 I was traveling on I-10 between Tuscon and Phoenix following a flat bed truck when I was bombarded by stones coming off the rear tailgate of the truck. The truck hit a bump in the construction area of the interstate and unloaded his stones onto the public highway along with impacting my windshield causing multiple damage and resultant in the need for a replacement windshield. I passed the truck and he would not pull off the road. My dashcam video showed it was SOUTHWEST MOBILE STORAGE INC. a mobile pallet storage container moving company. I contacted the company without any response. Lack of responsibility and accountability. The problem with these inapt drivers are the flatbeds tilt their beds into the ground picking up the storage containers along with picking up ground debris such as stones then drive their vehicles onto a public highway dumping debris over the roads along with damaging vehicles from flying stones coming off their trucks without cleaning the flatbed from debris. Poor customer service and no response from my email I sent to their company.

I would not do business with this company.

I had a very good experience with this company twice before and I'm back to use them again. Fair prices, good service, nice people.

I felt monthly rates where very fair. I also felt customer service was very professional and helpful. I would use them again and also recommend them anytime.

Our business brings us to the Phoenix area to complete projects and are in need of storage for our tools, material and equipment. Theresa has been my contact for a couple of years now and has always gone out of her way to make sure we have the storage we need for the project. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love working with this company. A gentleman named Cliff is my point of contact and he is more than helpful. I work in the emergency restoration business & often things come with quite short notice & rush. Cliff has ALWAYS helped us out and been there to assist us. I know I can count on this company and that is very reassuring when things can be so hectic. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Great rates also!

I have used this company many times for clients and some personal business. My clients and I have always been treated great when we had questions. Over 100 pickups and deliveries and never an issue. I did research and found SW mobile storage to be the premiere provider in greater Phoenix.I will continue to send my clients.
