I ordered a new sliding glass door for the master bedroom and a new dining room window. The day they were to be delivered and installed I was informed that the size of the window ordered was incorrect. So it had to be reordered. The sliding glass door was great and installed perfectly. However, it is now 6 months since the window was initially ordered and I still don't have it. I keep getting emails with new delivery dates only to be cancelled with a new delivery date. I also never received the screen door that was supposed to be installed with the sliding glass door. I would never order from this company again. The installation and products are great but the customer service is terrible and totally unacceptable.

Southwest Door and Window was so helpful! I had a broken sliding door and full floor to ceiling windows along the same track in the sunroom. They were so helpful in explaining all my options juggling multiple needs and my budget. Communication was prompt and clear. The installation went smoothly. Due to covid manufacturing the doors took longer than I would of hoped but they were clear that timelines were longer than normal from the very start of the project. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Southwest made the process of replacing our front entry easy. They came to us for every step, we never had to go to them. Installation was done on-time and they were done in about 2 hours.

We purchased and installed 2 sliding glass doors from SW Door and Window last year. 6 months later, we are still happy- the doors are awesome!!!. We originally met them at their show room and had a consultation. The sales rep was very informative and there was no pressure. We made the decision to use them because of their knowledge on different products and they were known to have expert installers. I just wanted to say thank you and I have and will recommend your company.

They replied back to my inquiry quickly. Unfortunately you have to purchase the door from them to get installation.

German and his crew installed our patio French doors with doggie door. They did a wonderful job very detailed and throughly well done. They both communicated as well as with the company when an issue needed to be resolved.
