As I was driving my 2017 Forester, most of the dashboard icons lit up to warn me they were not working. I contacted Southern Oregon Subaru and spoke with service advisor Drew Crane who said I would have to bring the car in. I did that the next day, expecting to leave the car for several days while the problem was being diagnosed and fixed. Instead, three hours later I received a call to tell me the repair was complete. Drew’s handling of this problem was professional and customer-friendly. No car owner likes to deal with automobile problems, but if they can be taken care of the way Southern Oregon Subaru and Drew took care of this one, an unfortunate occurrence can reach an excellent result.
