I am beyond highly grateful for Maria that helped me @ the Polk location @ Southern Bailbonds!! This amazing woman was very professional, patient and understanding. Her coworker Ilda Also greeted us with a big smile and was happy to help! This is a prime example of how others are supposed to be treated when walking into any facility around the globe! Especially walking into a place to help a loved one, probably no position anyone wants to be in, being greeted and genuinely cared for, can really make all of the difference in the world for someone. I highly recommend Southern Bailbonds to anyone looking to help a loved one! I cannot stress enough of how grateful I am for Maria and Ilda and their top notch customer service! This place is awesome especially Ms. Leslie (I believe was her name) she was kind and courteous. It made an not so pleasant moment bearable. We where in and out in no time at all. I highly recommend!

Ms.Trish is extremely helpful, understanding and was able to bond out my loved one very fast. She explained every step of the bonding process fully and made sure we had all steps to continue staying out of trouble and in good favor with our bond restrictions as well as staying free. They gave the cheapest bond and worked extremely fast! 10/10 recommend!
