Cold Storage In New Orleans, Louisiana. Southeast Cold Storage has a cold storage warehouse in New Orleans, Louisiana. The facility is located in Destrehan, a suburb of New Orleans and is right off I-310 and Highway 48. There is easy road access with very light traffic on those roads.
The refrigerated warehouse has two separate freezer rooms that can be maintained at temperatures from -15degF to 60degF using specially constructed refrigeration systems with screw compressors and computerized control systems. It has more than 3,000 frozen pallet positions and eight dock doors.
It is an excellent refrigerated warehouse for the cold storage of fish, shrimp, crawfish, and other seafood, with easy access to the Port of New Orleans and the Port of South Louisiana.
